Today's WOD is tabata-style cycling between air-powered (rower, skierg, assault bike) and a core movement. Athletes will work through :40 at near max effort on the row/ski/bike, rest :20, then perform a core movement for :40 followed by another :20 rest.
Perform each pairing twice then move to the next. Here is a sample of the first block:
Air-powered Tabata (2x each pairing)
:40 Air / :20 Rest
:40 Push-up Plank Jacks / :20 Rest
:40 Air / :20 Rest
:40 Mountain Climbers / :20 Rest
:40 Air / :20 Rest
:40 Plate Hops / :20 Rest
:40 Air / :20 Rest
:40 In & Outs / :20 Rest
Goals:
Can you sustain a certain split time or wattage on the erg throughout 2 Rounds 32:00?
Or, how many total calories can you burn on the erg across 32:00?
