Tired Parents

Children can be very tiring with all their energy and constant movement, bickering and really just being kids.

If parents doesn't take some time for themselves and decompress they will go into burn out and ultimately depression. This isn't a good situation when you have little ones depending on them and the nurturing and love only a parent can provide. Sometimes talking with a counselor can be of great benefit due to the fact that many parents may not have anywhere else to open up and talk about her issues.
